Business Developer (B2B Sales)
Own the full B2B sales cycle for Arctrait engagements: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close. Build a repeatable enterprise pipeline.
Role overview
We are hiring a B2B sales lead to own the enterprise sales cycle for Arctrait. You will be the single owner of pipeline accuracy, deal velocity, and the relationship that earns the second contract after the first one closes.
What you will own
- Pipeline. Build, qualify, and prioritize the enterprise pipeline using outbound, partnerships, referrals, and inbound channels.
- Discovery. Run structured discovery calls and capture context (problem, stakeholders, timeline, success criteria) without leading the witness.
- Proposals and pricing. Co-author proposals with delivery leads. Own pricing rationale, optionality, and the path from proposal to signed contract.
- Closing. Own negotiation, paperwork, MSAs / SOWs, and procurement / legal cycles for enterprise deals.
- Account growth. Stay close to active accounts and surface expansion or referral opportunities at the right moment.
- Forecasting. Maintain a CRM that the leadership team can trust week over week.
What we look for
- 3+ years of B2B / enterprise sales experience selling services, software, or platforms.
- Track record of closing deals from 500k+ with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
